Finanzio Terms of Service

1. Use of the Platform

1.1 By using the Finanzio platform, you agree to comply with these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

2. Lead Generation and Results

2.1 Finanzio is committed to providing lead generation services designed to identify potential prospects for users. However, specific results cannot be guaranteed due to various factors, including but not limited to the user's sales skills, the nature of the target market, and other variables beyond our control.

2.2 By accepting these terms, you understand that your conversion rate and the profitability of your leads also depend on your efforts and ability to convert prospects into clients.

3. Lead Distribution

3.1 To ensure lead freshness and maximize conversion potential, leads will be distributed within 10 business days following the date of your purchase. This ensures that you can reach out to prospects promptly while their interest remains high.

3.2 You acknowledge that this distribution method is intended to maintain lead quality by ensuring relevance and timeliness.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 You agree to use the Finanzio platform in compliance with applicable laws and these terms of service.

4.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and the use of Finanzio's services.

4.3 You agree to contact each of your prospects as soon as possible and provide them with professional service.

5. TCPA Compliance & Consumer Consent

5.1 Compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

Finanzio strictly adheres to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regulations to ensure ethical and legal communication practices. All leads generated through our platform have provided express written consent to be contacted by a licensed agent.

5.2 How We Obtain Consent

Leads provided by Finanzio are generated through social media advertisements and online forms where users voluntarily submit their contact details. Before submission, each lead must check a consent box and agree to the following terms:" By submitting this form, I agree to be contacted by a licensed insurance/financial advisor via phone, SMS, or email at the number provided, even if I am on a Do-Not-Call list. I understand that consent is not a condition of purchase and that I may opt out at any time."5.3 User Responsibilities for TCPA Compliance

As a Finanzio client, you are responsible for ensuring that your outreach efforts comply with TCPA guidelines, including:

Contacting leads in a respectful and lawful manner. Honoring opt-out requests promptly. Avoiding the use of auto-dialing or pre-recorded voice messages without prior express written consent.

5.4 Opt-Out Requests

If a lead requests to be removed from future contact, you must comply immediately. Finanzio provides leads with clear opt-out instructions, and it is your responsibility to respect their preferences, if a lead requested to be removed from future contact through us, you will immediately be notified.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Finanzio commits to delivering the full quantity of leads purchased by the user. However, Finanzio cannot be held responsible for specific results from lead generation or for any potential losses or damages arising from the use of our services. The user is solely responsible for the financial services or advice they provide, as well as any consequences that may result from their actions.

6.2 You understand that the information and leads provided by the Finanzio platform are based on algorithms and available data or directly submitted by the prospect, and results may vary due to multiple factors.

7. Modifications to the Terms of Service

7.1 Finanzio reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Users will be informed of any changes through notifications on the Finanzio platform and/or via email.

8. Refund & Exchange Policy

8.1 Once lead distribution has begun, no refunds will be issued. As stated in Sections 2.1 and 2.2, Finanzio does not guarantee lead conversion success and cannot be held responsible for user results.

8.2 However, Finanzio recognizes the importance of lead quality. If a lead does not meet our quality standards, you may request an exchange.

8.3 Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the lead. The request must include a detailed explanation of why the lead does not meet expectations.

8.4 Finanzio reserves the right to evaluate each exchange request on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the lead may be exchanged for another of equal or greater value.

8.5 Exchange requests will be internally tracked to establish a purchase/exchange ratio for each user and prevent abuse. Finanzio reserves the right to restrict platform access or prevent future lead purchases for users with an excessive exchange ratio.

8.6 Exchanged leads will be subject to the same distribution conditions as originally purchased leads. Finanzio does not guarantee the immediate availability of replacement leads of equal or greater value but will strive to provide the best possible solution for the user.
